1 Acceptance of terms

By using KataBump (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Service description

KataBump is a platform that provides pre-written and hosted Discord bot code. Users can:

• Connect their Discord token to our pre-built code
• Start, stop and restart their bot via a web interface
• Configure basic settings (prefix, display name)
• Monitor their bot status in real-time

3 User account

3.1 Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Connect bot tokens that violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Use the bot to send spam, illegal or malicious content
• Attempt to modify, copy or extract the bot code
• Attempt to bypass the Service's limits or restrictions
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to access other users' tokens or configurations
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the bot code

5 Tokens and security

You are responsible for the security of your Discord tokens. Never share your tokens with third parties. We are not responsible for the misuse of your tokens if you have voluntarily shared them.

6 Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

7 Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Your bots will run permanently without interruption
• Data will be backed up or recoverable in case of loss

8 Intellectual property

The Service, its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KataBump and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

9 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
